it was a good and intensive course. For me it was difficult to do the course in English – I definitely challenged myself. I was grateful to have had the PDFs in German! Thanks for that!
As I wasn’t a typical 200-hour yoga teacher, it was difficult for me to translate all the names because I “only” did the Yin Yoga training and didn’t know all the Sanskrit words and sutras. Had to translate a lot.
