I loved to follow this course. It is a great addition to the 200 or 500 hr hatha course. The quality of the classes and knowledge of the teachers was really good. First I was a bit skeptical about following this course online in stead of face to face, but it was very valuable and now I also experienced the benefits like the flexibility, therefore I can really recommend this course to others.

Thank you for a very good course! This was my second course with Arhanta and I think you have extremely good teachers, both Kalyani and Ram, good structure and content and very good classes. I truly recommend this course, thorough content, clear instructions, good homework tasks and quick answers when questions occur.

I was really impressed with the depth of this online 50hr training. I learned a lot and the training also forces you to practice a lot. This made me a lot more confident to give my first Vinyasa class. Thank you and also thanks for the quick reply when I had a question.

Practical and complete course. Great online area, works well. Great to also have Philosophy and Anatomy classes next to asana classes. Good to have a strategy to prepare a class.
