I liked the format of short videos. I’ve taken online classes in the past with classes that were an hour plus in length. That can be difficult to watch in one sitting, especially with poor internet! Lessons were concise and well thought out. They build nicely on each other. I feel confident in starting a Mom and Baby yoga class!

I have really enjoyed the teacher training as Lucia is very professional, straight forward and very efficient. The training teaches everything important and does not leave any room for boredom. I have found the training very efficient and appreciated the straight forward way of teaching. I also appreciated all the helpful tips in regards to marketing the course. Thank you!!!

Loved the course, easy to understand, able to do it in my time, also able to review video over and over till one got it right. The teacher is soooo passionate.
