The course is amazingly structured, you move at your own pace chapter by chapter, without being overwhelmed. The information is up to date and is straight to the point, there is logic and clarity. You will get immense insight on nutrition, macronutrients, micronutrients and on coaching, on how to approach your future clients. Michal put his soul into it. Grateful and happy for this course.
With the course being online, you can learn as long and indepth as your please. I learned alot on calculating the macronutrients and body composition and combined this with the knowledge I'd gained pfrom Arhanta's holistic health coach course. These 2 courses are a good foundation for coaching and interacting with prospects. I really learned and received an understanding by doing the assignments.
It is a well structured course with a lot of necessary informations. I think, if one wants to help her/himself and then others as well, one must have a knowledge of how the body works and what it needs in order to thrive. This course is offering just that. OK these are the basics but nonetheless very essential basics. I learned a lot and enjoyed it very much.
As a yoga teacher and pharmacist,I appreciated the way Michal explains nutrition in a clear, simple way with the latest scientific data & concrete example. After 15 years of self-study with cooking books and scientific books, plus years of working as Retreat Chef, is was good to take a deep dive into Holistic Nutrition, and be guided step by step along all recent facts and proven methods. I felt motivated to apply the new or already familiar ideas, and experience the results. Now I feel more confident in answering the questions of my retreat guests.
I find it really interesting it goes beyond food. Breathing, sleeping, psychology, it is all introduced. I like the way some topics are only touched briefly, but I made me dive deeper into the matter because of the given cues. That is exactly what is needed: create hunger for more knowledge.
